Hey Chicmoda Fans!
Hope your New Year has started out tremendously fabulous!
When you think of theNew Year you think: New you, New Goals, New Resolutions and about bettering yourself. My New Year's resolutions have almost all been the same lose X amount of weight by X time.
And believe me when I say this I was setting myself up for failure with un-attainable goals. So this year with a healthier mentality I’m giving myself time,and not wanting to lose weight. I should say it is my “goal” but I want to better myself overall.
Some of the things on my list are:
Learn a new yoga move I have never tried;
Remember to drink more water(water is life people... And I SUCK at drinking water, Wine on the other hand hahaha)
Set a 5-10 minute meditation time for myself around naptime.
These are all really good small goals that will help me overall this year!
